Celebrating its eight year, the Pearland Swim Team is looking for sponsors to support its summer 2009 season. Following the Olympics and a successful season last year, this year looks to be our biggest and most exciting year. Our swim team is open to all the children in the Pearland area. This upcoming season, we anticipate as many as 250 children, ages 6-18 participating on the team.
The team’s purpose is to offer the children of Pearland the opportunity to develop and enhance their own swimming abilities, learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship and enables them to participate in a sport they love. The Pearland Swim Team, which began as the Silverlake Swim Team, is an active member of the Clear Creek Swim League, a non-profit organization comprised of several community teams ranging from League City and Friendswood to Baytown.
Our team could not have become the success it is today without the strong support of our team parents and the surrounding community. As swimming becomes increasing popular, more and more families are getting involved in the sport. Our home meets average 800 people in attendance.
This year, we are looking for sponsors who will be recognized throughout the season and long after. In addition to offering sponsorships at various levels, we are also including a welcome packet at registration, which will be given to every single swim team family. In this packet, our sponsors will be recognized and have the opportunity to include any marketing, promotional or collateral information.
I hope your consider sponsoring our team this season. Sponsorships start at $125 and go up to $800, with different levels available. Please see below for descriptions and benefits received at each level. Your contribution is also fully deductible to the extent allowed by law as the Pearland Swim Team is a non-profit organization. A tax receipt will be provided.
